As large scale meat facilities close down do to the current state of the pandemic, we are lucky that we live in an area with a thriving food system. That is not to say that local farmers are not also feeling the pain of the economy or the influx of large farmers finding smaller butcher shops to process their animals. For that reason you may be seeing our product list get smaller and smaller as June goes by. We thankfully got a spot a different butcher and will be restocked by the first week of July with burger and steaks. The following week (July 11) we will be restocked with all the products you know and love! As always thank you for supporting local farms and stay healthy out there!
